Dr. Joan L. De Rooy - CEO of The ElderCare Network

Dr. Joan L. De Rooy proved her dedication to the well-being of thousands of Houstonians serving 22 years at Houston Baptist University, including 17 years as Vice President for University Advancement. In that job, she developed many relationships with senior citizens to help them realize their highest goals late in life.

Dr. De Rooy now compassionately brings her problem solving, project management and strategic planning skills to the aid of seniors in need and the family members who love them. Her career includes the following:
